Account deletion
Delete your Wendlore account.
You can permanently delete your Wendlore account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open Wendlore and go to the Me tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are erased straight away.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email hello@wendlore.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile — display name, avatar image, vehicle and ride preferences.
- Your saved and generated routes, rides, and group-ride history.
- Your badges and any live-position data.
What may be retained
Routes you chose to publish publicly may remain available to other riders unless you delete them before deleting your account. Aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify you, and records we are legally required to keep, may be retained. We never retain personal data longer than needed; see our Privacy Policy for details and retention periods.
